The Fitness Committee would like you to join them at the newest spin studio in town, CycleCross.
Cycle Cross has generously opened their studio to Newcomers and offered us three time slots (and more if we need them). There are three separate registrations for the same night, please register for the workout time you want.
- 6:45pm: 30 minute class, 12 openings
- 7:30pm: 30 minute class, 12 openings
- 8pm: 30 minute class, 12 openings
In between the classes, Diana from Medi Weightless will speak to us about health and nutrition. It will also be a nice time to catch up with fellow Newcomers!
