KIDS SALE 2021 INFORMATION

Kids Sale will look different this time around because of the COVID pandemic. The sale will be taking place outside in order to reduce risk as much as possible. Because of the various changes we are making, we want to provide you with some information on the overall plan for the day of the sale:

Setup will take place in the morning on Saturday May 1st.  Sellers will drop off their items on between 8:00am – 9:30am in the parking lot behind St. Andrews Church.  Cars will be able to drive through to unload their items, but will not be able to park behind the church.  After dropping off their items, sellers will park across the street or in the nearby Park District parking lot and return to the lot at St. Andrews to sort and display their own items on tables that we will provide. Sellers will only touch and handle their own items.  PRNC members who are working the first shift of the sale will assist in setting up tables and signage, as well as directing sellers to their designated areas. Shoppers will be able to browse the tables throughout the sale and will then bring the items they wish to purchase to the designated point of sale to checkout.

Sellers who choose not to donate their unsold items will return to pick up those items after the sale ends at 1:00pm.  Sellers are responsible to pack up their own items.  Any items left at the sale past 1:30pm will be donated.  PRNC members who work the second shift will assist throughout the duration of the sale working cash registers, returning abandoned items to their areas and assisting shoppers as needed. Members working the second shift will also assist in takedown after the sale ends.
