Register yourself and your children
Cost is $6 per child. Indicate number of children under "guests"
No charge for adults (do not include spouses in guest total)

PRNC Kids Halloween Party

We will have games, entertainment, and of course, plenty of yummy treats! Have the kiddies wear their costumes (you can wear yours, too, if you'd like!)

Admission is just $6 per child.
No charge for adults.

Advance payment is appreciated, and can be completed online when you register. Payment can also be mailed or dropped off to:

Indicate the number of children attending in the "guests" option of your reply. (DO NOT include additional adults in the guests total or they will be charged the $6 child fee!)

Volunteers to help with set-up, clean-up, or running the games are also needed! Please indicate in your response if you, or possibly your tween/teen child(ren) could help. Thanks!
