Fit4Mom has opened their doors to us and will host a stroller strides class at Energy Volleyball from 9:30-10:30 am.

Fit4Mom is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. Stroller strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies.

Get your workout clothes, shoes, strollers and babies ready to start the new year off strong! Class is recommended for those children who are stroller age.
