Please join us for the annual Garden Party on Friday, August 19th, at 7 p.m.
Registration is now open for one of our club's best nights of the year, when we welcome new members, encourage membership and celebrate the end of summer! It’s a ladies-only event that’s always well attended and a definite good time.
Anna Zak has graciously opened up her beautiful backyard at 116 N Washington Ave. to us for our end-of-summer backyard bash – thank you!
Backyard Carnival is our theme for the evening – complete with fun food, carnival games including a lip print reader, and of course a few signature drinks to celebrate. Suggested attire is dressy casual.
We’d appreciate if current Club members can bring along a bottle of red or chilled white wine, or a 6-pack of your favorite beer.
Bring a friend!
As is tradition at the Garden Party, we'd love for you to invite friends, family, and neighbors who may be interested in joining the Club - please send your guest’s email address to Beth Purtell (email@example.com) so we can send them a separate Evite invitation. This event is open to all women living in Park Ridge or in Niles within the D64 boundaries.
We will also be announcing this year's Labor of Love recipient at Garden Party. Announcements will be made around 8pm.
At 10 p.m., we can keep the party going by heading to an Uptown bar for late night drinks.
So we can plan accordingly, please register yourself and any friends/neighbors by Tuesday, August 16th.
We are also encouraging everyone to consider taking a taxi/Uber or consider walking/biking if you live close. *Pink Taxi will be stopping frequently and is offering $5 off each ride. They ask that we all try to ride along with neighbors to make the rides more efficient.* Pink Taxi's number is (847) 915-4471.
If you have any questions about the event, please reach out to our hard-working committee co-chairs: Anna Zak (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Beth Purtell (email@example.com).
